Muscat: The Chairman of the Supreme Committee to deal with COVID-19 has visited the centre for immunisation against Covid-19 set up at the Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex.
A statement issued online by the Ministry of Health (MOH) said: "His Excellency Sayyid Hamoud bin Faisal Al Busaidi, Chairman of the Supreme Committee to deal with COVID-19, and their Excellencies, members of the committee, have visited the centre for immunisation against Covid-19 at the Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex in Baushar to monitor the progress of the immunisation process."
"During the visit, they have gone through the complete procedures followed for the course of the vaccination process, the coordination mechanism and the reception of those eligible for vaccination with the application of precautionary measures, praising the desire of citizens and residents to take the COVID-19 vaccine," the statement added.
