Group arrested in Oman for violating Covid-19 rules

Muscat: A group of people have been arrested by the Royal Oman Police (ROP), for violating the Supreme Committee’s decisions regarding closure and movement ban.

A statement issued online by the ROP said: “Al-Buraimi Governorate Police Command arrests a group of people for violating the decisions of the Supreme Committee to deal with COVID-19 during the period of closure and the prevention of movement. Legal procedures are being completed against them."
