The property is owned by Tanmia, the Omani investment company founded by Royal Decree to manage key investments in sectors, such as tourism, real estate development and hospitality services. The shareholders in the fund includes Oman Investment Authority, Public Authority for Social Insurance, and some of the country’s largest pension funds.
