Building demolished for violating approved plans

Muscat: A building, constructed without the requisite licenses and plan approvals was demolished by Muscat Municipality on Wednesday.

The Municipality said in a statement: "In implementation of a judicial ruling and in cooperation with the Public Prosecution and the Royal Oman Police, the Muscat Municipality in Qurayyat removed an constructed building for violating its construction contrary to the approved maps and licenses."
