His Majesty orders periodic meetings of officials with sheikhs, citizens

Muscat: His Majesty the Sultan has directed officials to conduct periodic and continuous meetings with sheikhs, notables and citizens in their respective wilayats .

Emphasizing the sublime approach to the importance of continuing official meetings with citizens and all civil society institutions, His Majesty the Sultan directed that the governors, in the presence of their excellencies the walies, conduct a periodic and continuous meeting with the sheikhs, notables and citizens in their respective wilayats.

The meetings will be held in order to find out the needs of the wilayats in terms of services and development projects, and to seek their opinions in a way that serves the plans and programs in those governorates.
