Those with A+ve blood type urged to donate blood in Oman

Muscat: The Department of Blood Banks Services (DBBS), has made an urgent appeal to the holders of A+ Blood type to donate blood today at Central Blood Bank in Baushar.

A statement issued online by DBBS said: "If your blood group is A+ve, we appeal to you to donate blood at the Central Blood Bank in Baushar as there is an ‎urgent need of your blood today."

"Blood donation times are from Saturday to Thursday, between 8 am and 6 pm and on Friday from 3 pm to 6 pm. Please book your appointment to donate blood via WhatsApp at 94555648,” the statement added.
