Muscat: The Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Investment Promotion has launched a call center to receive services online. 

A statement issued online by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion said:"With the aim of improving the work environment, the Ministry launches a call center, to receive all your comments and receive your ideas through 80000070."
