Muscat: The Ministry of Health has announced the availability of Pfizer vaccine for the target groups against the COVID-19 virus, starting from Sunday April 4,2021.
A statement issued online by the Ministry of Health said: "We are pleased to announce the arrival of the Pfizer vaccine for the following target groups against the COVID-19 virus, starting next Sunday April 4, 2021 for the following groups:
1- From the age of 60 years and above, regardless of whether they are healthy or suffer from any other diseases.
2- From the age of 18 years and above who suffer from kidney failure and are undergoing dialysis.
3- Those suffering from chronic lung diseases (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease - moderate and high severity asthma - interstitial lung disease)
The location and timing are as follows; From Sunday to Thursday between 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Quriyat Health Complex
