Muscat: Muscat Securities Market (MSM) general index (30) added 22.7 points, comprising a rise by 0.62 per cent to close at 3,701.07 points, compared to the last session, which stood at 3,678.32 points.
The trading value stood at OMR1,267,837, comprising a drop of 57.7 per cent, compared to the last session, which stood at OMR2,997,800.
The report released by MSM pointed out that the market value rose by 0.140 per cent to reach about OMR20.42 billion.
The report added that the value of shares bought by non-Omani investors reached OMR100,000, comprising 7.92 per cent.
The value of shares sold by non-Omani investors reached OMR104,000, comprising 8.19 per cent. The net non-Omani investment fell by 0.26 per cent to OMR3,000.
