Using high beams at night will lead to penalties: ROP

Muscat: The use of high beams when driving in the evening will be treated as a violation of traffic rules, the General Traffic Department warned road users.

ROP Traffic said: "The use of high beams when driving behind a vehicle at night, or against oncoming traffic, is an offence, and also unacceptable behaviour."
