Two citizens airlifted to hospital in separate incidents

Muscat: The Royal Air Force of Oman has conducted medical evacuation for two citizens suffering from critical health conditions in Musandam Governorate.

A statement issued by the Ministry of Defence said: "A helicopter of the Royal Air Force of Oman carried out a medical evacuation of a person involved in a traffic accident. His critical condition necessitated a transfer from Lima Hospital to Khasab Hospital in Musandam Governorate and then to the Royal Hospital to receive necessary  treatment."

In the other case a woman with a critical health condition was transferred from Daba hospital to Khasab Hospital to receive the necessary treatment, the Ministry added.
