Ranjit Singh has 37 years of business, risk and governance experience gained in large complex leading financial services organisations including Citibank, Allianz, Swiss Re, Standard Life Aberdeen and EFG International.
He currently serves as a non-executive director on the board of AIB PLC, a European Central Bank supervised financial services firm. Raj was appointed under the Relationship Framework between the Minister for Finance and AIB Group.
He also served as a non-executive director of a national credit bureau and two publicly traded financial institutions as well as serving on the Boards of many of the major banking, insurance, reinsurance and asset management subsidiaries of those firms. Until recently he held the role of Chief Risk Officer and Executive Committee member of EFG International, a Swiss private banking group. He holds a BSc in Business Administration and an MBA in International Management.
Dr Loizos Christodoulides
Dr Christodoulides has extensive and diversified experience in Telecoms, IT, Real Estate and Tourism, as well as being a business owner with a career spanning 27 years. He has an accomplished international corporate background with multinationals. In the past, he has held various senior positions in Inmarsat (UK) and Vodafone Group (UK and Germany). He is currently a Director and CEO of a Real Estate and Tourism development company (NAS Developments) in Muscat. He holds a PhD in Telecommunications and a Masters of Engineering in Electronics.
