Muscat: The World Health Organisation (WHO) has spoken in support of the AstraZeneca vaccine and said that there was no evidence of the vaccine causing any harm.
A statement issued online by Oman News Agency (ONA) said: "The World Health Organisation confirms that there is no evidence of the AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccine causing any harm. The WHO also indicated that a committee that includes experts from the organisation will meet today to review the available data regarding the safety of the vaccine."
