Muscat: Oman has registered 1,600 deaths from COVID-19, according to the latest data of the Ministry of Health.
Data from the Tarassud COVID-19 monitoring app show that the Sultanate registered three more deaths. The total deaths from COVID-19 climbed to 1,600.
The Tarassud app, which provides daily updates on the COVID-19 situation in the country, reported that the total number of patients admitted to ICU on Wednesday is 72 and the total cases of patients admitted to health institutions is 208.
The total cases of COVID-19 which have been registered from the beginning of COVID-19 in February 2020 are 145,257 and the total recoveries are 135,227.
