Court to confiscate all devices used in cybercrimes in Oman

Muscat: All devices, tools and programs, other instrumentation and proceeds of crimes will be confiscated by the court in cases involving cybercrimes, Public Prosecution said.

A statement issued online by Public Prosecution said: "In cases involving cybercrimes, the court shall confiscate all devices, tools and programs, other instrumentation and proceeds of crimes as per article (32) of the Law on Combating Cybercrimes."
