Movement ban excluded from closure of commercial activities in Oman
Muscat: The movement ban is not included with the decision of the Supreme Committee to close all commercial activities across all governorates.
A statement issued online by Oman News Agency, (ONA) said:”The decisions of the Supreme Committee in charge to deal with COVID-19 about the closure of all commercial activities in all governorates of the Sultanate will come into effect from tomorrow Thursday between 8pm to 5 am.”
The statement confirmed that the decision includes closing restaurants and cafes within tourist facilities and home delivery services.
“The decision excludes fuel stations, health institutions and private pharmacies, and the committee’s decision does not include the movement ban of individuals and vehicles,” the statement added
