MSM index ends higher

Muscat: Oman's benchmark MSM 30 Index closed on Wednesday at 3,644.54 recording an increase of 21.1 points representing a 0.582 per cent rise compared to the last trading session.

The total value of traded securities reached OMR1.141 million with a decline of 71.3 per cent compared to the last trading session which was recorded at OMR3.946 million.

The market capitalisation increase by 0.192 per cent against the last trading day reaching around OMR20.35 billion.

It is worth mentioning that the value of shares bought by non-Omanis investors reached OMR101,000 while the value of shares sold by non-Omanis investors reached OMR159,000.

The net foreign investment on the market declined to OMR500,00.
