Muscat: The CEO, Secretary General of Asian Hockey Federation, member of the FIH Executive Committee and IOC Committee, Dato Sree Tayyab Ikram, visited SAS Naqvi , Sports, Olympics and Hockey Museum, on Tuesday.
He was accompanied by top hockey officials, including Mohamed Shambeh Al Raisi, fomerr Member of FIH/AHF and treasurer of Oman Hockey Association, Abdul Rahman Al Raisi, former National Hockey Coach of Oman and International Hockey Umpire and Munir Shakir,-Coach and Technical Adviser, OHF.
Dato Sree Tayyab Ikram was greeted by SAS Naqvi, former Technical Adviser Oman Olympic Committee and National Hockey Coach of India and Oman and Golaf Rehman, the Museum Curator.
Dato Sree Tayyab Ikram was felicitated and presented a memento by SAS Naqvi.
The CEO and Secretary General of the Asian Hockey Federation had flew in from Switzerland to attend the inauguration ceremony of the Sports Museum. He had also signed on the visitors book with great admiration.
Dato Sree Tayyab had awarded Life Time Achievement Award to SAS Naqvi on behalf of Asian Hockey Federation and FIH in 2016 during his visit to Muscat.
He had also presented the AHF award to SAS Naqvi. for his services to hockey in Oman During Asian Champions Trophy at Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex.
