Saudi Arabia to continue remote education till end of academic year

Muscat: The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has issued a decision to continue remote education until the end of the academic year in public and university education and governmental and private technical training.

A statement issued online by Saudi Press agency (SPA), said: "The Minister of Education indicated that as part of the leadership’s concern for the safety of education personnel in light of the continuation of the Covid-19 pandemic, and after assessing the situation during the past weeks, the decision has been issued to continue remote education until the end of the academic year in public and university education and governmental and private technical training in accordance with the applicable controls."
