Oman Cricket: Amanpreet, Yash, Saami shine with bat in Junior Division League

Muscat: Pakistan School Muscat (PSM) edged Indian School Wadi Kabir (ISWK) by 3 runs in Oman Cricket's Under-19 Junior League at the Ministry of Sports Affairs ground.
Batting first, PSM were all out for 161 in 42.1 overs. Nauman Nawaz top scored with 39. Raj Damani and Mohit Badiyani claimed 3 wickets each for ISWK.
In response, ISWK were bowled out for 158 in 31.5 overs. Neev Jayaprakash top scored with unbeaten 64. Ubaid Ullah and Abdul Rehman claimed four wickets each to enable the win for PSM.
Brief scores: PSM 161 all out in 42.1 overs (Nauman Nawaz 39, Raj Damani 3 for 10) beat ISWK 158 all out in 31.5 overs (Neev Jayapraksh 64 not out, Ubaid Ullah 4 for 42, Abdul Rahman 4 for 42). Points: PSM 4 ; ISWK 0.

Big win for ISWK
ISWK trounced NCA by a whopping 265 runs in the Under-13 A match at the Municipality ground.
Batting first, ISWK put on 301 for 1 in 20 overs. Amanpreet Singh (123 not out) and Yash Mehta (92 not out) top scored for ISWK.
In response, NCA were bowled out for just 36 runs in 10.4 overs. Siddh Mehta claimed three wickets for ISWK to enable the bonus point win.

Saami shines
In an Under-13 B match it was a solo show by Saami Kabir Khan helped MCCC A ease past ISWK B by 50 runs at the Municipality ground.
Batting first, MCCC A put on 196 for 3 in 20 overs. Saami Kabir Khan carried his bat throughout the whole innings and top scored with an unbeaten 83.
In response, ISWK B scored 146 for 6 in 20 overs to concede the bonus point. Rahul Nayak claimed 2 wickets as Saami Kabir inflicted a brilliant run out.
