Expat breaks quarantine rule arrested in Oman

Muscat: A foreign national has been arrested by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) for violating quarantine rules imposed by the Supreme Committee to deal with Covid-19.

A statement issued online by the ROP said: "Al-Dakhliyah Governorate Police Command arrested an expatriate for violating the decisions of the Supreme Committee to deal with Covid-19 by not adhering to the institutional quarantine imposed on him. Legal measures are taken against him."
