A new season brings with it a fresh perspective, and renewed styles are plentiful across the Dune London Men’s SS21 collection.
In a shift away from true formal shapes, the silhouette becomes more relaxed, whilst the emphasis on texture remains, in natural shades of burnished brown and khaki green.
Lattice and embossed woven finishes dominate the range, with this texture featuring not only on loafer and sneaker uppers but on finer trim details too.
Casual profiles include a woven effect runner, a real hero piece in soft hand-burnished leather, complete with an in-house designed outsole.
This woven effect can also be found on a more traditional driver style, which features a textured vamp, side lace detailing typical of a moccasin driver, complete with metal hardware detailing for a more refined finish.
Premium lattice sliders are a key profile, fashioned in handwoven leather with a cushioned footbed and flexible sole, which provide comfort, giving the option of both indoor and outdoor wearability.
While weave provides a major trend in texture, butter-soft leathers and supple suedes are the dominant fabrics used across the range.
These premium suedes can be found on soft casual loafers, as well as the popular espadrille profile, a first for Dune London.
Another lightweight and comfortable option, this espadrille is offered in neutral grey and tan tones, complete with artisanal jute detailing.
Alternative casual styles featuring stretch knit and sporty white soles provide further flexibility for the wearer.
