Muscat: Oman’s first online tyre shop Tyre Select has now been launched– www.tyre-select.com.
Tyre-select.com is an easy-to-use online tyre-buying solution for a generation of shoppers who prefer purchasing their essentials on the internet.
Tyre Select consumers can view and buy products online, as well as choose from one of our 12 locations across the country for tyre installation. The website has almost 17 brands listed, including household names such as Pirelli, Yokohama, Bridgestone, Michelin and Apollo.
“Tyre Select is a new concept for the Oman market and we feel this will make the industry more transparent and convenient to the end-user,” said Salim Al Mashari, deputy manager for Tyre Select. “Our website provides accurate details of tyres such as load rating, pattern details, make, and DOT so that customers get what they see.”
“This is the first time such an initiative has been launched in Oman,” he added. “We pride ourselves on being the first online tyre shop in the country. We have listed several products on our website with excellent deals available to customers. The pricing is also very competitive, considering the current market situation, and we aim to be the one-stop solution for all tyre requirements in Oman.”
Al Mashari went on to say, “We will also be coming up with more products, offers and installation partners in the future. Our prices are updated monthly to keep up with current market trends. We only sell genuine tyres with the manufacturer's warranty.”
Tyre Select is managed by Rimal Al Sarooj Al Motahida, which was established in 2010. We have been able to make ourselves one of the major tyre distributors in Oman, as an agency for some of the most reputed brands worldwide, such as Apollo, Roadx, Long March, Galaxy (Yokahamma Off-Highway Tires), Jinyu, Wellplus and Aeolus. We also do foam filling for industrial tyres using a well-known brand from the USA called Carpenter Rely tyre fill.
Rimal Al Sarooj imports a wide variety of tyres suitable for trucks, cars, SUVs and other types of vehicles operating in the country.
1. What is Tyre Select?
Tyre Select is an online website on which you can purchase tyres. We are Oman’s first online tyre store.
2. How can customers purchase tyres from our website?
The procedure to purchase the tyres are very simple and can be completed in just four steps.
1. Select your tyre size: in case you’re not sure about this, you can find it out by selecting the brand of your vehicle and the year of the model. Select your preferred tyre brand from a wide variety we have listed on our website
2. Choose the quantity required, customers have the option to choose up to 12 tyres at a time. If you experience any difficulty, you can either give us a call or send us a Whatsapp message and we’ll be happy to help.
3. Choose the required fitment centre: We have 11 shops in Oman at the moment. Eight in Muscat and three outside Muscat in Sohar, Salalah and Duqm respectively. We are soon opening our 12th shop in Nizwa.
Choose your preferred installation date and time (Installation dates for shops outside Muscat can be chosen only two days after from the date of purchase if the stock is not available at the respective shop)
