Muscat: The Omani Economic Association will be a host to the executive director of the International Monetary Fund on Monday.
A statement issued online by Oman News Agency (ONA) said, "On Monday, the Omani Economic Association will host, within the activities of the Economic Council, Dr. Mahmoud Mohieldin, Executive Director of the International Monetary Fund, via Visual communication."
"Dr. Khalid bin Said Al Ameri, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Omani Economic Association, will discuss with Executive Director of the International Monetary Fund, to review macroeconomic stimulation and the sustainable development goals in the post-Covid-19 world."
"These events come within the agenda of the Oman Economic Association to enrich the economic culture socially by attracting the most prominent international experts in the economy," the statement added.
