Muscat: A fine of OMR 100 will be imposed on those who paint the outer walls of the house, fences, or facades without a permit, the Municipality of South Al Batinah has been said.
The municipality clarified in its notice that painting the exterior walls, the architectural frame, the fence, and cladding the exterior facades of the building without taking a permit from the municipality is a violation of a fine of OMR 100.
