100-day programs for housing services to continue in Oman

Muscat: The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning will continue its 100-day programs to improve and accelerate housing services.

The Ministry stated in its first media meeting that the experience of forming 100-day committees has proven a success, and this was evidenced by the results of the initiatives, and the Ministry will complete its approach to improving and accelerating its services in order to achieve the highest levels of quality in performance.

"The programs, projects and initiatives included in the Ministry's executive plan for 2021 include two other programs to achieve quick results within 100 days for each program," the ministry added.

His Excellency the Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, Dr. Khalfan Al Shuaili, issued Ministerial Decree No. 346/2020 on October 5th 2020 regarding the formation of work teams to undertake the study of 10 service tasks provided by the Ministry, and the decision stipulated that the results of the work and recommendations of the formed teams should be submitted within 100 days of date of issuance of the decision.
