Expats arrested for illegally selling alcohol in Oman

Muscat: More than 6,400 bottles of alcoholic drinks have been seized by the  Department of Investigation and Risk Assessment after it raided a site in Wilayat Saham.

According to Oman Customs, expat workers were also caught for selling alcohol.  “The Department of Investigation and Risk Assessment raided a site in the wilayat of Saham that stores and sells alcoholic beverages. More than 6,400 bottles of alcoholic drinks have been seized.,” Oman Customs said in a statement.
