Muscat: With the aim of treating surface water accumulations in the commercial area of Al Khuwair, Muscat Municipality continues construction work for a drainage canal in the area.
The municipality said, "The construction work for a drainage canal to treat surface water bodies continues in the wilayat of Bausher, adjacent to the commercial area in Al Khuwair. The width of the canal ranges between three to five metres, the average depth is two metres, and the total length is 945 metres. It is hoped that this stage will be completed during the middle of this year."
