Three arrested for producing adulterated animal feed

Muscat: The Consumer Protection in Sohar has arrested expats for manufacturing large quantities of adulterated animal feed. 

A statement issued online by Consumer Protection Authority said, "Consumer Protection in Sohar arrested expatriate workers who manufacture large quantities of adulterated animal feed using expired goods that are used in mixing and manufacturing a product of feed without the presence of approvals and licenses related to the safety of the product."
