Fire breaks out in a store in Wilayat Barka

Muscat: The Public Authority for Civil Defense and Ambulance (PACDA) teams in South Al Batinah Governorate has managed to control a store fire in Wilayat Barka. 

A statement issued online by PACDA said, "The authority’s operations centre received a report about a fire in a warehouse in the industrial zone in Wilayat Barka, and upon receiving the report, the centre directed the firefighting and rescue teams to the site, where the teams began firefighting and control operations without any injuries."

"The authority calls on employees of institutions and companies to pay attention to safety rules to avoid fires and to avoid dangers," the statement added.
