Royal Air Force of Oman conducts medical evacuation

 Muscat: The Royal Air Force of Oman has conducted a medical evacuation of a citizen who was suffering from a critical health condition.  

A statement issued online by Oman News Agency (ONA) said, "A helicopter of the Royal Oman Air Force carried out a medical evacuation operation for a female citizen suffering from a critical health condition. She was transferred from Kumzar Health Center to Khasab Hospital in Musandam Governorate to receive the necessary specialized treatment."

"This comes within the framework of the humanitarian services and national efforts that the Sultan's Armed Forces and other departments of the Ministry of Defense provide to citizens and residents on the homeland, side by side with the rest of other government institutions," the statement added.
