Don't wait for deadline: Ministry tells first stage vaccine candidates

Muscat: The Ministry of Health, (MOH) has urged citizens and residents targeted in the first stage of Covid-19 vaccination to visit the centres before the set deadline.

A statement issued online by MOH said :"In order to facilitate the target groups to receive the Covid-19 vaccine in its first stage, the Ministry of Health would like to warn people not to wait till the deadline for receiving the first dose of the vaccine, and to visit according to the working hours of each institution."

"Accordingly, the Ministry would like citizens and residents targeted in the first stage to expedite the initiative by going to health institutions that provide vaccination services in their governorates to receive the vaccine," the statement added.
