​Rain experienced in parts of Oman

Muscat: Al Wusta Governorate witnessed isolated rain, the Public Authority of Civil Aviation (PACA) announced.

PACA warned residents of poor horizontal visibility during dust storms and rising winds and asked them to take caution when entering the sea on the coast of Musandam and the Sea of Oman.

PACA said in an online statement: "The cloud patches continued to flow to the Governorate of Al Wusta, Dhofar and parts of South Al Sharqiyah,where Al Wusta Governorate witnessed isolated rain.”

"Chances of dust and winds over the Governorates of Al Buraimi and Al Dhairah and over deserts and open areas are expected," PACA added.
