Kuwait bans flights from U.K.

Muscat: Kuwait has prohibited flights from the United Kingdom starting from today, Kuwait New Agency (KUNA) announced.

Civil Aviation Authority of Kuwait said: "According to the instructions of the health authorities, the United Kingdom has been added to the high-risk countries, from which flights are prohibited from entering the State of Kuwait."

"The decision to add the United Kingdom to the high-risk countries from which flights are prohibited from coming to the State of Kuwait shall take effect as of eleven o'clock in the morning Kuwait time (8:00 GMT) on Monday December 21,2020."
