Only e-bills for Muscat Electricity Distribution Company customers from January

Muscat: The Muscat Electricity Distribution Company (MEDC) will issue electricity bills electronically only instead of paper bills starting from January 2021.

A statement issued online by MEDC said :"We would like to draw the attention of our valued customers in Muscat governorate that Medc is in the process of issuing electricity bills electronically only instead of paper bills as of January 2021."

"The e-bill can be obtained by easily activating the green bill service through our website : www.medcoman.com. We can help through the call center on the toll free number : 80070008. You can obtain an electronic bill at any time around the clock through the following channel :

1- Website www.medcoman.com

2- Instant chat with Noor through the WhatsApp number 72727770

3- The company's mobile application Medc MyAccount.

4- Call Centre 80070008.

"This step comes a part to the Company’s efforts in facilitating the process of obtaining the bill and digital transformation," the statement added.
