Beach cleaning campaign to begin in Muscat on December 5

Muscat: A beach cleaning campaign will begin in the Muscat Governorate on December 5, with a call for the participation of various community members.

The campaign is repeated every Saturday from 6:30 AM until 8:30 PM.

The Ministry of Environment said in its statement: "We sometimes notice some negative practices such as leaving waste in public places, but on the other hand there are those who are keen to protect the environment and the beauty of the Omani nature, and continue to do so. Efforts to clean up the land and marine environment and remove waste."
