Royal Air Force of Oman conducts medical evacuation

Muscat: The Royal Air Force of Oman has conducted a medical evacuation of a five-year-old girl who was suffering from a critical health condition.

A statement issued online by Oman News Agency (ONA) said, "A Royal Air Force of Oman aircraft carried out a medical evacuation operation for a five-year-old girl whose critical health condition required her to be transferred from Masirah Hospital in South Al Sharqiyah Governorate to Khawla Hospital in Muscat Governorate for specialised treatment and necessary medical care."

"This comes within the framework of the national efforts and humanitarian services provided by the Sultan's Armed Forces and other departments of the Ministry of Defense to citizens and residents on the homeland, along with other government institutions," the statement added.
