Female citizen airlifted to hospital in Oman

Muscat: The Royal Air Force of Oman has evacuated a female citizen, suffering from a health condition to hospital.

A statement issued online by Oman News Agency (ONA), said: "A Royal Air Force of Oman aircraft carried out a medical evacuation for a female citizen suffering from a health condition that required specialised surgical intervention. She was transferred from Masirah Hospital to Sur Hospital in South Al Sharqiyah Governorate to receive the necessary treatment."

"This service comes within the framework of the national services and humanitarian efforts provided by the Sultan's Armed Forces and other departments at the Ministry of Defense to citizens and residents on the homeland, along with other government institutions."
