Beneficiaries of usufruct contracts to repay dues

Muscat: The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning has called upon beneficiaries of land usufruct contracts to expedite the payment of financial dues.

The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning said, “The Ministry calls on individuals, institutions and companies in Muscat Governorate, who hold land usufruct contracts for various uses, to visit the Usufruct Department of the General Directorate of Land in order to pay back the financial dues resulting from usufruct contracts within a maximum period February 18, 2021. Those from other governorates may visit the Land department at the Ministry's general directorate in their respective governorates."
