Several researchers from SQU in top global scientists list

Muscat: 21 researchers from the Sultan Qaboos University (SQU) are among the top 2 per cent of the world's scientists, the University said.

The Science Research Department at SQU said: "21 researchers from Sultan Qaboos University succeeded in getting on the American Stanford list, which lists the names of the best 2 per cent of the world's most cited scientists in various disciplines from 49 countries."

The list also includes 6 researchers from Nizwa University, 6 from Sohar University, 7 researchers from Royal Hospital, Ministry of Health and Dhofar University and two researchers from University of Technology and Applied Science and Al Sharqiyah University.
