Group of citizens arrested in Oman

Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP), has arrested a group of citizens for gathering in violation of the decisions of the Supreme Committee to deal with COVID-19.

A statement issued online by the ROP said: "The Dhahirah Governorate Police Command, with the support of the Abri Special Tasks Police Unit, stopped a group of citizens for  gathering in violation of the decisions of the Supreme Committee to deal with COVID-19. Legal procedures are being completed against them."
