Central Bank of Oman's foreign assets increase

Muscat: The foreign assets of the Central Bank of Oman reached more than OMR 6 billion by the end of August 2020.

A statement issued online by the Oman News Agency (ONA), said, "The foreign assets of the Central Bank of Oman this year increased by 4 per cent, to reach OMR 6.662 million by the end of August."

The Central Bank of Oman indicated, "Foreign currency deposits rose by the end of August to OMR 3.222 million, registering a growth of 17.9 per cent."
