Muscat: A special postage stamp by Oman Post and a commemorative silver coin by the Central Bank of Oman were released to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the founding of the United Nations.
A statement issued online by the Oman News Agency (ONA), said: "The celebration, which was held at the Ministry of Foreign, comes from the Sultanate’s belief in the active role that the United Nations plays in achieving international peace and security and in contributing to finding solutions to international conflict issues and areas of sustainable development."
