Oman bans import of live birds from Kazakhstan

Muscat: The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources has issued a ministerial decision on banning the import of live birds, their products and derivatives from the Republic of Kazakhstan.

A statement issued online said: "Banning the import of live birds, their products, derivatives and offal from the Republic of Kazakhstan. This decision comes upon the recommendation of the competent veterinary authority until the reason for the ban is removed and a decision in this regard is issued."
