Over 3 million visitors to Oman in 2019

Muscat: 3.5 million visitors have arrived into the Sultanate in 2019, the National Centre of Statistics and Information (NCSI) revealed.

The Sultanate witnessed an increase in the number of visitors by 8.2 per cent compared to 2018.

According to the data shared by NCSI , citizens of Gulf countries ranked first in terms of the number of visitors, with a rate of 40.3 per cent , followed by Asian visitors with a rate of 24.8 per cent, followed by European visitors with a rate of 20.7 per cent.
