One convicted for violating movement ban

Muscat: A person has been arrested for violating the decisions of the Supreme Committee in South Al Sharqiyah. 

A statement issued by the Public Prosecution said, “A Primary Court today in South Al Sharqiyah Governorate convicted an accused for violating the decisions of the Supreme Committee on COVID-19, and it decided to fine each one of them OMR 1000, of which OMR 500 will be executed. He was caught walking around during the movement ban.”
