One arrested for possession of narcotic substances

Muscat: A person has been arrested in Al Dakhiliya, on charges of possessing large quantities of narcotic substances with the intention of trafficking in them. 

A statement issued by Royal Oman Police (ROP) said, “Al Dakhiliyah Governorate Police Command, in cooperation with the General Administration for Combating Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, has arrested an African person on charges of possessing large quantities of narcotic substances with the intention of trafficking in them, and the case is under process."
