'Sultan Qaboos University is one of the 1,000 best universities in the world'

Muscat: The Sultan Qaboos University (SQU) has ranked among the 1,000 best universities in the world according to The Times Higher Education Magazine.

A statement issued online by Oman News Agency (ONA), said: "The Times Higher Education Magazine ranks Sultan Qaboos University (SQU), among the 1,000 best universities in the world for the year 2021. The ranking relies on key indicators with a number of detailed sub-criteria, including the fields of education, scientific research and knowledge transfer from innovations and patents."
