Muscat: Jordanian King His Majesty Abdullah II bin Al Hussein received His Excellency Khamis bin Muhammad Al Farsi, the Ambassador of Oman to Jordan after the end of his posting on Sunday, August 16, 2020.
An official from the Embassy of Oman in Jordan said, "His Majesty the King of Jordan awarded the Ambassador the Order of Independence of the first degree in appreciation of his efforts during the period of performing his diplomatic duties."
"His Majesty the King requested the ambassador to convey his greetings to His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik," he added.
He also said: "The Omani ambassador expressed his happiness at meeting His Majesty King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein."
