HM congratulates Chad President

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik has sent a cable of congratulations to President Idriss Deby of the Republic of Chad on the his country's National Day.
In his cable, His Majesty expressed his sincere congratulations along with his best wishes of good health and happiness to President Deby and the friendly people of Chad further progress and prosperity.
